Privacy Policy for Screenshot Mockup: Phone Frame
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19.08.2026
This Privacy Policy describes how "Screenshot Mockup: Phone Frame" ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use our mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Photos and Screenshots
The App allows you to select images (such as app screenshots) from your device's photo gallery to create phone-framed mockups.
- These images are processed entirely on your device.
- We do not upload, transmit, store, or have any access to your photos on any external server.
- Images you choose to save are written directly to your device's own storage (e.g., your Photos/Gallery app) and remain under your control at all times.
1.2 Device Permissions
The App may request the following permissions:
- Photo/Media access — to let you pick a screenshot and to save your finished mockup back to your device.
- Internet access — required solely to load and display advertisements (see Section 2).
We do not request or collect your name, email address, location, contacts, or any other personal information directly.
1.3 Advertising Data
The App displays rewarded video advertisements through Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service.
To serve and measure ads, Google AdMob and its partners may automatically collect certain data, which can include:
- Advertising ID (a resettable, non-permanent device identifier)
- Device information (model, OS version, language, general region)
- App usage and interaction data related to ads (e.g., ad views, clicks, completions)
- IP address (used to approximate general location for ad relevance)
This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google's own Privacy Policy, available at: https://policies.google.com/privacy
You can learn more about how Google uses this data for advertising, and manage your ad personalization settings, at: https://adssettings.google.com
2. How We Use Information
Any data collected through advertising services is used solely to:
- Display rewarded ads within the App
- Measure ad performance and prevent fraud
- Comply with advertising partners' operational requirements
We do not use your photos, screenshots, or mockups for any purpose other than displaying them within the App at your direction. We do not sell your data.
3. Data Storage and Retention
- Photos, mockups, and any edits you make exist only on your own device and within your device's local storage.
- We do not operate servers that store your images or personal content.
- Advertising identifiers collected by Google AdMob are retained according to Google's own data retention practices, not ours.
4. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party service:
| Service | Purpose | Privacy Policy |
|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob | Rewarded video advertising | policies.google.com/privacy |
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. We encourage you to review their policies directly.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us so we can address it appropriately.
6. Your Choices
- Ad personalization: You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's ad settings (Settings → Google → Ads, on most Android devices) or via adssettings.google.com.
- Photo access: You can revoke the App's media/photo permission at any time through your device's app settings. This will limit certain features (such as picking or saving screenshots) but will not affect any content already saved to your device.
- Uninstalling the App: Removing the App from your device deletes any App-specific data associated with it. Files you previously saved to your device's Gallery/Photos remain unless you delete them separately.
7. Data Security
Since your photos and mockups are processed locally and are not transmitted to us, the primary security consideration is your own device's security. We recommend keeping your device's operating system and security settings up to date.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App's functionality or applicable legal requirements. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
9. Contact Us
If you have questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy or the App's data practices, please contact:

This policy is intended to describe the App's practices as of the "Last updated" date above and applies only to "Screenshot Mockup: Phone Frame."
Privacy Policy
App: Screenshot Mockup: Phone Frame | Last updated: [INSERT DATE]
This Privacy Policy explains how Screenshot Mockup: Phone Frame ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use the App. We built this App to run primarily on your device, and we've tried to keep the amount of data involved to a minimum.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information (name, email, phone number) to use the App. We do not collect, transmit, or store your screenshots, the images you create, or any text you type into the App on any server we control. All editing happens locally on your device.
2. Photos and Media Access
The App requests access to your device's photos so you can:
- Select a screenshot from your gallery to place inside a phone frame mockup
- Save the finished mockup image back to your device's Photos/Pictures folder
This access is used entirely on-device. Images you select are never uploaded to us or to any server. Images you save are written directly to your device's local storage (via Android's MediaStore) and remain under your control — you can view, share, or delete them at any time from the App's built-in gallery or your device's default Photos app.
3. Advertising
Certain optional features in the App (such as unlocking additional text and background options) can be unlocked by watching a rewarded video advertisement. These ads are served through Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google.
When an ad is shown, Google AdMob may collect and process certain data to serve and measure ads, which can include device identifiers, general location (derived from IP address), and ad interaction data, in accordance with Google's own privacy practices. We do not receive or store this data ourselves — it is collected and processed directly by Google.
You can review how Google collects and uses this data here: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use Google services, and Google's own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Depending on your device and region, you may be able to manage ad personalization through your device's ad settings (e.g., Settings > Google > Ads on Android) or by opting out of interest-based ads via Google Ad Settings.
4. Permissions Used by the App
- Photo/Media access — to pick a screenshot and to save your finished mockup, as described in Section 2.
- Internet access — required solely to load and display rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob, as described in Section 3.
The App does not request access to your contacts, location, microphone, camera, call logs, or SMS messages.
5. Data Storage and Security
Since the App does not operate its own backend server and does not collect personal data from you directly, there is no App-controlled server-side data store containing your images or personal information. Images and files created by the App are stored locally on your device using Android's standard storage APIs and are protected by your device's own security (screen lock, encryption, etc.).
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App in a way not addressed by this policy, please contact us using the information below so we can address it.
7. Your Choices
- You can delete any screenshot or mockup you've saved at any time using the App's built-in gallery (delete option) or your device's file/photo manager.
- You can decline to watch rewarded ads; doing so simply means the associated optional feature stays locked — no other part of the App is affected.
- You can manage ad personalization and data collection preferences through your device's system-level ad settings, as noted in Section 3.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the App's features or in applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
